Why Silos Are Your Progression Backbone
Securement Silos are instanced dungeons that gate gear progression: they drop weapon and armor mods, blueprint materials, Deviations, and Memetic currency. Each seasonal phase unlocks higher-tier Silos, and hard modes recycle earlier Silos with better loot.
Recommended Clear Order
- Alpha (Lv 10+, Dayton Wetlands) β tutorial-tier; shield-unit boss teaches positioning.
- Theta (Lv 15+, Dayton Wetlands) β Arachsiam spider; destroy web nests to stop heals.
- Bravo (Lv 20+, Broken Delta) β Heavy Gunner; use pillars, strip armor plates.
- Charlie (Lv 25+, Broken Delta) β Treant; bring Burn damage, kill root tendrils.
- Delta (Lv 30+, Iron River) β The Warden; dodge ground-crack slams, burst the stagger.
- Sigma (Lv 35+, Chalk Peak) β Ravenous Hunter; hip-fire tracking, punish feeding phases.
- Phi (Lv 40+, Red Sands) β Forsaken Giant; break leg armor, group during sandstorms.
- Psi (Lv 45+, Blackheart) β Shadow Hound pack; assign an add-clearer, stay grouped.
Beyond Silos: Monoliths and Raids
Monoliths are enhanced boss encounters (Greed, Thirst) with extra phases and better drop tables β treat them as gear checks for your build. The LEA Research Lab raid and its Nightmare Feaster is the endgame PvE wall: phase mechanics demand assigned positions, add control, and optimized status builds. Prime Wars are large public boss events β show up with anti-boss DPS and rotate energy nodes.
Farming Advice
- Hard-mode Silos are the primary source of Tier IV-V mods β farm the highest you can clear weekly.
- Match the Silo to your build: farm where your archetypeβs mods drop.
- Duo or trio runs are the sweet spot for speed; full squads split aggro nicely for boss burst windows.
